Director, Cryptocurrency Operations & Digital Assets Initiatives
A recognized early adopter in blockchain and cryptocurrency, Michelle brings an innovator’s ethos to her work at Kaiju Capital.
After a rigorous traditional career spanning investment banking on Wall Street and management consulting for such firms as McKinsey, where she was a partner in a spinoff focused on what is now commonly referred to as FinTech, Michelle directed her professional focus into multiple-patent-earning contributions in payment systems and cyber security for the Global 100 banks.
Michelle not only has been responsible for direct oversight of product roadmaps in financial services and cyber security startup environments; but she also is an accomplished founder herself. Most recently, she led ProbityLedgers, a global strategy firm specializing in blockchain solutions across sectors including sports, entertainment, and highly sensitive supra-government communications.
One of our resident scholar-athletes (there’s a Dartmouth degree on the C.V., amongst more), Michelle forgoes television for real time: think of fast cars and lifelong learning. When she’s not working toward her MSc, Blockchain and Digital Currency at the University of Nicosia (it must be noted: the first of its kind), she can be found inlining skating, walking with four-legged friends, and adding her strong voice to environmental and social justice matters. And just possibly absorbed in Aussie, Wimbledon, Roland Garros, and the U.S. Open.
